solarbench Documentation

solarbench is an accompanying python library of SolarBench, database for solar energy forecasting and cloud modeling. We hope that solarbench can streamline the access and utilization of sky images, satellite images, weather forecasts and atmospheric observations, thereby accelerating the research in solar energy meteorology.
